SHIPPING POLICY

At DORIETE™, we carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and approved.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

During product launches, pre-orders, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.


Shipping Carrier

All DORIETE orders are shipped exclusively through UPS.

Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service level.


Shipping Rates

DORIETE does not offer free shipping.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight
  • Shipping method selected
  • Current UPS shipping rates

All shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.


Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, your order will ship once inventory becomes available.

Estimated shipping dates are provided for reference only and are subject to change.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your UPS tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after your shipment has been processed.


Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

DORIETE is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • UPS
  • Weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs processing
  • High shipping volumes
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

DORIETE is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to UPS and marked as delivered, DORIETE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact our Customer Support team. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim with UPS.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to locations where UPS delivery service is available.

Additional shipping restrictions may apply to certain destinations.
